If something arrives damaged or isn't right
I want you to love your planner. If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing or wrong, email taylor@stepintohaven.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and a photo, and we'll get things worked out.
Digital products
Digital products can't be returned once they're delivered. If you have trouble opening or downloading yours, email me and I'll help you get it working.
