What's inside
Three portals. Two pharmacies. One pill organizer you're refilling at 11pm because you forgot this morning.
And somehow you're supposed to remember when the flare started, which med made you dizzy, and whether you already called about the prior auth.
Before HAVEN, I spent my career working right alongside people living with acute and chronic illness. I was a CNA and an LPN in nursing homes. An outpatient and inpatient dialysis nurse. A neuro ICU nurse. An OR and PACU nurse.
I wasn't just in the room. I was in people's lives. And I saw how much they had to carry: the med changes, the appointments, the labs, the insurance calls. Most of it lived in their heads.
When I stepped back and threw myself into my own home, I built the HAVEN Planner and the 2.30 System to make home life easier for moms. Then the comments started coming in. Please make one for chronic illness. So I've been working on this one for a while, with everything I learned as a nurse built in.
It's something to lean on, with a medical professional's help. So maybe you can live a little more and stress a little less.
What's inside
- Set Up Once: dates to remember (with a reminder check for each one), appointments to book (booked and done, month by month), goals, monthly check-ins, a health summary to hand to any new provider, care team, insurance + benefits, portals + logins, medication list, medication history, and a Bad Day Plan you write on a good day.
- Monthly Pages: a two-page calendar with a key for appointments, refills, treatments, flares and good days. Plus a medical budget, expenses for HSA/FSA, appointments this month, a 31-day medication tracker, a symptom tracker, a Month in Review and a brain dump.
- Weekly + Daily Pages: a weekly spread with med times (AM, noon, PM, bed) for every day, refills + pickups, and a habit tracker. Daily pages for every day of the week with time blocking from 4 AM to midnight, meds by time, a 1 to 10 "How I Feel" scale and water. Plus a Low Energy Day page for the days you just need the basics. That still counts.
- Track + Keep: appointment prep, labs + test results, referrals + prior auths, a call log, a flare log, a food + symptom log, wins and notes.

Why I made this
“I built HAVEN after back-to-back nursing shifts and two babies with no help.”
I was holding all of it in my head. The appointments, the renewals, the never-ending restock list. HAVEN is the one place I wish I'd had. Now it's yours.
