I built the 2.30 System coming off back-to-back 12-hour shifts, with nothing left and a house that showed it. Three blocks:

• 1 hour for you. Before anyone needs anything from you.
• 1 hour for your home. One zone a day, so you're never cleaning everything at once.
• 30 minutes of admin. The planning, the forms, the lists. Handled.

You decide where they go. Stack all three in the morning, split them across your day, or break them into smaller pieces. Whatever fits your life. I do mine before the house wakes up, but yours can go anywhere.
