Where we ship
Right now the HAVEN Planner ships within the United States only. We're working on international shipping for future planner drops. Digital products work anywhere and are delivered instantly by email.
Shipping cost
Tracked shipping is $5.95 per order.
When your planner ships
The HAVEN Planner is on pre-order. The first 50 are sold. New orders ship in early January, as soon as they're packed.
Tracking
As soon as I receive your tracking number, I'll email it to you. New tracking numbers can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating.
Address changes
Email taylor@stepintohaven.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. I'll do my best to update it before your planner ships, but I can't guarantee a change once your order is on its way.
Damaged or missing items
Email taylor@stepintohaven.com with your name, order number, and a photo, and we'll get things worked out.
