Shipping policy

Where we ship: the HAVEN Planner ships within the United States and to Canada. We're working on shipping to more countries for future planner drops. Digital products are delivered instantly by email and work anywhere.

Shipping cost: tracked shipping is $8.95 per order within the US and $29.95 USD per order to Canada.

Shipping to Canada: your planner ships from Wisconsin in early January and usually arrives 1 to 3 weeks after it ships. When it arrives, Canada Post collects sales tax (GST/HST), any duty, and a handling fee, usually about C$15 to 25 total. These fees are paid to Canada Post when you receive your package, not to HAVEN, and are not included in your order total. If a package is refused because of these fees, it cannot be refunded, since all sales are final.

Pre-order timing: the HAVEN Planner is on pre-order. The first 50 are sold. New orders ship in early January. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your planner is on its way.

Mixed orders: if you order a planner and a digital product together, the digital product arrives in your inbox right away and the planner ships with the pre-order.
